Lost or Stolen Package Policy - 21st Century Essential
At 21st Century Essential, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the shipping address provided - especially when no signature was required at delivery.
To protect your purchase, we offer optional signature confirmation for an additional $4.50 at checkout. This service ensures that your order is only released upon receiving a signature at the delivery location. Without this service, FedEx will not honor lost or stolen package claims, and we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for such cases.
We strongly recommend selecting the signature option if your delivery area is prone to theft or if the package will be left unattended.
